"Ramina has been helping me with a home I owned in Yuma, AZ since approximately 2011. I was not interested in a full time tenant but she was able to find temporary long term tenants to lease the home over the years. The tenants were always excellent and clean. Each time a tenant left the home was as clean as if it had not been lived in! Recently I decided to sell. Ramina had a buyer the day it went on the market. Unfortunately the buyer cancelled the day escrow was to close - BUT - the next day there were three interested parties. One made an offer over listing price. We accepted and the escrow went smoothly and sold as contracted. Ramina was on top of everything and kept us updated throughout. It has been a great pleasure to have her in my corner all these years. She is thorough and efficient. You will not be disappointed with Ramina! 11/2021"
